My first camera was a blue Kodak point-and-shoot that my parents got me in 1st grade. Once I took my first picture, a shot of my hamster running on her wheel, I was hooked.

I’ve had a passion for telling stories ever since I joined the Francis Howell North High School Media program as a freshman.

I believe the future of journalism comes from not only having solid reporting, but also looking for new and innovative ways to draw viewers into publications.
